Verve have experience of managing educational seminars and distance learning packages for pharmacists, pharmacy staff, GPs, dentists, opticians and also consumers. Telemarketing can be used at various stages of a communication programme; either standalone or as part of an integrated campaign. Here at Verve we don’t have in-house telemarketers but do offer a strategic management service including broking and management of a telemarketing team, assimilating reports and script creation.
We are not a dedicated media buying agency but have experience, specifically in healthcare and optical trade media, if it sits as part of a campaign. Similarly we can work with your media buying agency as part of an integrated campaign.
Compliance, adherence, loyalty, observance? Whatever the current phrase is currently used we can create, deliver and manage any type of patient compliance programme. Ranging from strategic appliance to web or paper response handling to delivering automated text messages.
One of the most expensive areas in a communications project is fulfilment. We work with a variety of fulfilment houses to ensure a project is delivered the most efficient and timely way. We work with these houses to ensure that postal rates are the lowest they can be.
